Position: General cardiologist This is an excellent opportunity for a non-interventional cardiologist to become part of a fantastic team in the private sector. Significant growth within the region has created a need to recruit a permanent cardiologist to join an established practice in the Manning Valley and surrounds.
We have an instant patient base for you with waiting lists. There will be instant income and case load as soon as you join. You will join a cardiologist in this busy and thriving practice. You will benefit from an established referral network and organized educational sessions to GPs giving you the perfect platform to network and build an immediate referral base. The practice has been established for >10 years. The principle is an interventional cardiologist who offers diagnostic and interventional cardiology services. There is an established electrophysiologist network who can support device implantation. The practice has a heart failure CNC who has a nurse lead clinic 2 days per week. We have a well-established relationship with the John Hunter Hospital to support patients as the need might arise.

We have very experienced team of cardiac echosonographers. We have an established reputation of successfully graduating echosonographers. Our team provides the most comprehensive cardiology care in the region. The team uses state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to perform non-invasive testing procedures at 2 separate locations. The practice is committed to providing a timely and efficient service and offers patients same-day test results and management.
The Manning Valley and surrounds is located on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales, only 2 hours’ drive from Newcastle and an hours’ drive from Port Macquarie. Access to the best blue water beaches in Forster and wine yards is 30 minutes away. The Heart Centre is situated across the street from the local public hospital and supported by many loyal general practitioners/specialists.
